Music is Engineering — scales, forms, motives, composition, structures, arrangements.
Throw in a touch of contemporary Language Arts and a good groove and you might just have yourself some Jazz Music!
Vocalist, Composer & Educator, Keri Chryst, guides participants through the discovery process of the underpinnings of jazz music including rhythms, melodies and harmonies, both simple and complex, and the mix-and-match architecture of typical song structures that hold the keys to composition, arranging and improvisation.
